Accessibility statement
We build this platform against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. Our pages use real headings, labelled controls, keyboard focus states and colour contrast checked against the AA thresholds.
Certification exams are untimed and can be retaken at no cost until you pass, so timing accommodations are never required. Every question and answer option can be read aloud, and results are announced to assistive technology.
If any part of a course or exam is not usable for you, or you need materials in another format such as large print or a screen-reader-ready document, contact us and we will provide an equivalent way to complete your training at no extra charge.
